This Privacy Policy describes how The Build (“this site,” “we,” “us”) handles information across the opt-in flow and the free field guide at the-build-solace.netlify.app. This site is operated by Nathaniel Solace.
The short version: we collect your name and email when you opt in to receive the guide. That information goes into our email platform so we can send you content. We do not sell it, share it for marketing purposes, or do anything else shady with it. Everything else on the guide page itself is described below.
When you request access to The Build, you provide your first name and email address through the opt-in form. That is the only personal information we collect.
We use this information to:
Opting in requires a double confirmation: after submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email and must click a link to verify your address before any content is sent. This ensures we only email people who explicitly asked to hear from us.
Your name and email are stored in Kajabi, the platform we use to manage subscribers and send emails. Kajabi processes this data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices. See the Kajabi Privacy Policy for details.
We do not store your information in any other system or database as part of this opt-in.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from our list immediately. You can also email us directly at nathaniel.solace@gmail.com and we will remove you manually within 5 business days.
To render the guide correctly, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser makes this request, Google receives your IP address and browser headers as a normal part of internet traffic. Nathaniel Solace does not receive or store this data. No other external resources are loaded from third-party servers on the guide page.
This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) as part of delivering the site. These logs are controlled by Netlify under their own privacy policy. Nathaniel Solace does not have access to individual visitor logs. See the Netlify Privacy Policy.
The guide page itself sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. The reading-progress bar calculates your scroll position entirely within your own browser — that data is never sent anywhere and disappears when you close or refresh the page.
This guide links to external sites, primarily Skool (skool.com/thoughtleaderai). When you click those links you leave this site and enter a third-party environment with its own privacy practices. We have no control over and take no responsibility for those practices.
A PDF version of this guide is available for download directly from this site. Downloading the file does not transmit any personal information to us. The file is served as a static asset through Netlify.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has submitted their information through our opt-in form, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
If how we handle information changes, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be noted on the site.
